Diane Percy, Founder & Active Ageing Expert
Diane has over three decades experience in the Fitness Industry in Canada and Australia in Group Exercise & Personal Training. Diane is certified to teach Pilates, and Strength for Life, Zumba, Heartmoves, BOSU, Yoga, TRX, Step and is a master trainer with the Swiss Ball. Diane is also an experienced and qualified Personal trainer since 1998, Pilates & Yoga certified since 2001. She is an accredited registered Level 3 fitness professional with AusActive. She created Fusion Fitness to offer a range of classes that are versatile & effective for any age, experience and health needs.
Diane is the Active Ageing and Strength for Life Coordinator and instructor with Council on the Ageing ACT, and Health Programs & Partnerships Officer with Asthma Australia. Diane is working on projects to improve the health and wellness of young people with asthma, and specialising in older adult fitness programs and advocacy.
Diane’s latest projects are Strong Women for Life and S.A.F.R.E. which have a focus on falls prevention for people 50+ in the ACT. This project was funded by ACT Government and managed by COTA ACT.
