Diane Percy, Founder & Active Ageing Expert

Diane has over three decades experience in the Fitness Industry in Canada and Australia in Group Exercise & Personal Training. Diane is certified to teach Pilates, Strength for Life, Zumba, Heartmoves, BOSU, Yoga, TRX, Step and is a master trainer with the Swiss Ball. Diane is also an experienced and qualified Personal trainer since 1998, Pilates & Yoga certified since 2001. She is a registered Level 3 fitness professional with AusActive. She created Fusion Fitness to offer a range of classes that are versatile & effective for any age, experience and health needs.

Diane is the Active Ageing Coordinator and Strength for Life instructor with Council on the Ageing ACT, and Health Programs & Partnerships Officer with Asthma Australia. Diane is working on projects to improve the health and wellness of young people with asthma, and specialising in older adult fitness programs and advocacy.

Diane’s latest project is a program called Strong Women for Life which has a focus on falls prevention. This project is funded by ACT Government within the Women’s Participation Grants and is managed by COTA ACT.
